Also known as Atlas Cedar, the oil from this hardwood is extracted via steam distillation. Used by ancient Egyptians for embalming, cosmetics and perfumery. Repels insects such as moths, and ants. Used in the East for bronchial and urinary tract infections. Still used as a temple incense by the Tibetans. Also for anxiety, and nervous dispositions.
